Creating your Self Love Routine

The purpose of a self love routine is to have a few basic things to do everyday to help set your day up for success! I recommend doing your routine in the morning, but it is not the end of the world if you do it later in the day.


Your routine will be most effective if you have at least these three focus items:

  1. something to ground you

  2. something to free your mind

  3. something to nourish your body


Here are some examples to help you!

  • something to ground you (examples: meditation, going outside, breathwork, etc.)

  • something to free your mind (examples: brain dump journaling, making art, reading, etc.)

  • something to nourish your body (examples: work out, eat nutrition dense meal)

Most importantly, remember that this isn’t supposed to add stress to your life, it is to help you relax and set the tone for the day! Be easy on yourself and give yourself some grace! <3
